Marcus Garvey Study Group E-book

   The intellectual capacity to compete with any race and transform our community into 21st century pyramids starts with knowing who we truly are as a People. If we know the truth about our history, we can learn we do not have to resort to criminal behavior to survive in a society still filled with racism. Without knowledge of our true selves, we are vulnerable to the trappings and seductions of the criminal/gangster mentality. In an effort to transform this way of thinking, as well as eradicate the slave mentality, we have developed the
Marcus Garvey Study Group (MGSG), which intertwines components of the Black Progressive Prison Rights Movement and the George Jackson University (GJU). Our project will coexist between the Prison Industrial Slave Complex (PISC), and our Communities.
